Lindquist / Titus Easement

In 2008, the Lindquist and Titus families demonstrated their generosity by donating a permanent conservation easement on their combined properties, totaling 41 acres, to Bow Open Spaces. These parcels are situated in the residential zone along Route 3A in Bow. Comprising both forested areas and farmland, the land gently slopes towards the Merrimack River. Currently, there is no formally established public access to the Lindquist or Titus properties. This conservation initiative plays a crucial role in preserving this pristine landscape, ensuring it remains a benefit for the community and future generations.
