Patrick Richardson Easement

In 2011, the Town of Bow’s Conservation Commission successfully obtained a conservation easement on Patrick Richardson’s property, located adjacent to Walker Forest on Branch Londonderry Turnpike. Encompassing an area of approximately 67 acres, this easement was later transferred to Bow Open Spaces in the same year by the Conservation Commission. As of now, there is no established formal public access to the Patrick Richardson Property. Nevertheless, this conservation initiative remains instrumental in safeguarding and making accessible this natural landscape for the enjoyment and benefit of the community and future generations.
